Recommended Installation Build-Up:
Works on timber or concrete subfloors. For best results, follow this layer-by-layer system:
- Subfloor: Wood or concrete base
- 2–4mm flexible adhesive to bond insulation boards
- 6mm insulation board (10mm & 20mm options available)
- 3mm underfloor heating mat – embedded in adhesive or levelling compound
- 4–8mm tile adhesive (based on tile size)
- Tiles: Example shown uses 10mm tiles
Ensure a smooth, even adhesive bed for consistent heat coverage.
